The Yale Law School issued a press release celebrating that 1990 graduate Brett Kavanaugh had been nominated to join the Supreme Court by President Trump.
Any law school would celebrate the news.
It was followed by an open letter signed by Yale Law School “students, alumni, and educators”— according to a National Review article — opposing the nomination and adding they are “ashamed” at school’s press release.
Here’s the funny twist to the story.
When Elena Kagan was dean at Harvard Law, she sought rising conservatives to add diversity of thought. She hired Brett Kavanaugh.
And now, if he’s confirmed, he’ll join her on the High Court.
Dear Liberals … take a deep breath. It’s not the end of the world, although that’s hard to hear because every day you think it’s the end of the world.
